The thread rolling machine is mainly composed of upper body bottom, transmission mechanism, feeding mechanism, screw rolling mechanism, cooling oil pump, electric box and so on.The bottom of the body is welded by steel plate, and the upper body is mounted on the bottom of the body.Almost all the components are mounted on the fuselage.

When the thread rolling machine works, the main motor drives the large pulley, the pulley drives the spindle eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft through the connecting rod, driving the sliding block (thread rolling die) reciprocating motion.

The main shaft, the CAM is installed on the left side of the machine, the CAM drives the swing rod, through the drive shaft, the swing lever drives the rocker arm.By adjusting the bolt, the gear rocker arm drives the connecting rod, and the connecting rod drives the guide rail of the thread rolling die, thereby driving the thread rolling die.The feed knife sends the blank from the guide groove into the upper space between the two rubbing boards.The parallel rolling die has a mould (fixed rolling die and moving rolling die), and the rolling die is installed on the guide rail for reciprocating motion, which completes thread of one blank at a time.

A small motor drives the worm gear reducer to feed the blank, and the small motor also drives the rotation of the cylinder.The blade installed on the cylinder will feed the blank into the guide groove, and then along the guide feeding groove into the rolling die.
